HAVE BOOK-WILL TRAVEL!!!!!
You may sign up for the summer reading program beginning July 1-5, 2013. The Program will begin on July 11 and end on Aug 1. You will receive a registration packet (book bag, reading log mark and pencil) at the time of registration. You will be responsible for keeping your own reading log. To save time, you should record the titles of all books read or listened to before returning books to the library. The summer reading program is open to all area children, birth through the fifth grade. If you do net yet read by yourself, you can still participate by listening to stroies read to you. 7th annual

Carmel Public Library Check in: 7:15-7:45 a.m. Start time: 8:00 a.m. Chip Timing/All ages welcome/All participants receive a wicking T-shirt, water, & fruit Entry fees: $20 before May 13 (shirt guaranteed day of event) $25 after May 13 (shirt mailed or picked up after event day). Registration forms may be picked up at Mt. Carmel Public Library or request on line at www.mtcarmel publiclibrary.weebly.com or vsward@frontier.com Children Must Be Accompanied by an Adult at the LibraryChildren 10 years of age and under must, at all times, be accompanied and supervised by and adult while at the Mt. Carmel Public Library. A contact phone number must be given to a staff person at the front desk for youngsters over 10 who are unaccompanied. This policy will be enforced for the safety and protection of children.
