Children Must Be Accompanied by an Adult at the LibraryChildren 10 years of age and under must, at all times, be accompanied and supervised by and adult while at the Mt. Carmel Public Library. A contact phone number must be given to a staff person at the front desk for youngsters over 10 who are unaccompanied. This policy will be enforced for the safety and protection of children.
